sheer patterned blouse

this adorable blouse is a very dark blue with a cream pattern, and cream cuffs and collar. collar has a button in the back, and sleeves have buttons at the cuffs. sheer, does not have any stretch. bought it at a fancy vintage shop awhile ago.
