serial mouse 3 button (untested)

No idea if this works. I'm assuming this is a microsoft mouse. No idea how old it is. I wish I could test it, but I don't think there's a way to do that given the age of the hardware and the likely need for a specific driver you can't just download. THIS IS LIKELY INCOMPATIBLE WITH MODERN HARDWARE, please understand!
