scotch & soda printed dress it has a gathered waist midi to maxi length long sleeves.It is in excellent condition. In the stock photo it has ribbons that are tied around the grommets in the front and the back of the waist. I do not have the ribbons but you could add any ribbons to it if you like them. it looks great without them.
