@carryallqueen24 I am not the original owner so I can’t say with 100% confidence, but it does not look like a cut to me. It literally looks like a dot of some shiny liquid. I haven’t tried to remove it either.

@carryallqueen24 length is about 15, depth on bottom from piping to piping is 5 but realistically it naturally sits at about 6.5” with nothing in it. It’s very expandable. Handle drop is 3” and height is about 7.5” not including handles

@carryallqueen24 I have it in a generic dust bag but that is it. I don’t believe it originally came with a crossbody strap either. I’m not sure where it would attach if so.
