lalabillz @wretherford It’s true to size in my opinion. The top do not sit low. It’s tie strings so you can control how tight or loose to tie it and how it will sit! ☺️

lalabillz @wretherford also it’s gotten five star ratings. On my site I have a mini fashionista contest so pics my customers send me it fits there children perfectly. I haven’t gotten any complaints. My daughter hasn’t worn hers yet. Summer weather is just starting where I live.
