rue 21 Blue short sleeve top

Very cute blue top has elastic waist around it flares a little at the bottom comfortable loose fit also loose fit around the arms as shown in 2nd picture in good condition size M it has belt loops on the sides but I don't ever remember it having a belt to it sorry y2k early 2000s vintage bundle to save even more
