romeo & juliette couture floral neoprene skater skirt

this was once THE sping/summer skirt for me. the pattern features roses, daisies, stone veils, ani think some kind of foxglove ona black background (perfect for goth princesses). not too long, not too short, length is about 18”. super cute, in fairly good condition but it does have some scuffing (see pics. and here’s a lil secret- you can fix neoprene pilling with careful application of a pair of sharp scissors and a lighter). waist- 15-16” flat, but stretchy
