reworked vintage dress

this is an amazing fabric that could be worn SO many ways guis. there is a slight bunched turtleneck on this. also an overlay with an elastic-ey thin stretch around the waist that permits this to be worn on many waist sizes! vintage size 8. i am 5'7 and it's a good length on mehhhh.
