O/S fit virtually everyone REALLY This is the best fitting sorry skirt I found. Designed with 3/button holes in waistband that allows for a multitude of sizes to wrap to the perfect fit. See what I mean in the pictures (I’m pointing to one and have tape measure indicating other 2). Should fit waists from 26” to 40” with overlap of 8”+/- @ largest size. Of course sash is considerably shorter on us larger girls; obvious in photos. Definitely not silk, some synthetic fiber, probably polyester.
