this floral pattern looks hand-designed and is really cute! skirt is cotton, fully-lined, and hits below the knee. it is a nice full skirt with lots of material, but it's light and breathable. perfect for work or slightly dressy functions :) size 8, probably if worn at true waist, but if worn lower like I do, fits more like 6. breathable and comfortable!

larkinloves Is it just an elastic band at the top? I have a long skirt like that that I hike up to my chest to make a dress out of. I just throw on a sweater or cardigan to cover my bra straps (I can't stand strapless bras) and it looks adorable! Could this one work that way?

luxelor @larkinloves depends what size you are! it's not elastic at the top, just double thick cotton, so if you're 2-4 it might work well like that :)
