Extremely rare piece. This was so cool to wear as a dress over black tight with tall boots. I’m 5’10”, so I could only wear it with tights. My petite sisters could get away with it without the tights. Love it with a belt. Lightweight but wore it in winter with boots. It’s like a thick silk, almost a t-shirt material. It’s like a steel grey with a bit of a blue tone.
