rag & bone denim dive white skirt size 27

rag & bone denim dive white skirt GUC size 27. Great skirt, hits at waist. I just don't wear it. One little stain on front (not noticeable when wearing IMHO), hence GUC. I want this skirt to be rocked...and loved. A 27 is a 4 in r&b. Ask questions if not sure on sizing.
