purse with fringe

Adjustable strap purse or you can remove the strap and use with handle. I am not a purse person so not good at descriptions. This was a gift from my mom shhhhh. There are magnet closures and a small zipper pocket inside. Super cute if you carry purses. This is new but without tags so I really have no info.
