cooperjo @mikaelawarford I don’t see anywhere in the policy that poshmark Suggest to ship it that way. Its takes extra long most people want there stuff ASAP. I am sorry but this kind of shipping isn’t going to get you sales. It just sits there pending for days. It’s just so much easier to get the post office to scan it, then you got your tracking number.

mikaelawarford @cooperjo no problem, it wouldn’t be in the company policy because they suggest to do it this way. The pending is just until the post office scans it won’t give you a tracking number. I would do the way you are talking but my post office doesn’t provide that right now with covid precautions.

ashie807 @cooperjo you should ask someone nicely first, it could be just a mix up (like it turned out to be) you just attacked this person when they clearly said they went to the post office. it wont say tracking until THE POST OFFICE Scans it. it's up to them when to ship it out. this person does not control their p.o. You should understand things are going to take a lil longer since,you know, were in a PANDEMIC. Give them a chance to explain b4 u freak out

miaddesigns Hi Mikaela! Just curious if you bought this directly from Pura Vida? It already stopped changing colors and is tarnishing :(. They said they’d exchange it if you had an order number with them. I threw away your packaging so don’t have your address but they said they could look it up by that if you didn’t still have the order #. Thx!

miaddesigns @mikaelawarford who knew the mood would stick at a “bad” one!! LOL Perfect for 2020 I guess ! So they said an order number or address if it was purchased from PuraVida direct - if it was from a store, I don’t think you can do anything about it (probably could return to the store but that may be tricky since it’s here now 😂)
