plush 2003 PROTOTYPE McDonald's 2004 Neopets Red Techo Mini (W3900)

This is the prototype that was created in 2003 for the McDonald's campaign in 2004. As far as I know this is the only one in existence. If you're waiting for the price to come down, it will not be. It might actually go up. I'm waiting for a response to some emails. The techno mini that made it to market was supposed to be black and white. See last picture. thanks for looking!
