kathej I would love to buy this if I thought it would fit me. I wear a 26w/28w dress and sometimes a 30w dress. Is this in an American 4X size or one of those Asian 4X sizes that is closer to a 2X in our sizes?

duchessofmetal @kathej oh no i answered you but it seems that the message failed to post i am so sorry. The answer to your qurstion is i make these items myself. So all you would need to do is measure your bust, waist and hips. Then compare them to the measurements i have in the listing and order the corresponding size. If i dont have your size listed go ahead and message me back and ill create a listing fir your size.

kathej @duchessofmetal Thanks for the info. Are these two separate pieces or one dress? How long if the top and how long is the skirt or if one piece, how long is the dress? I am a tall gurl and I need to at least cover the tops of my stockings if I can. Thanks so much?

duchessofmetal @kathej look at the last 2 pictures it will give you an idea of how lobg the top is. Its really rather long and yes it is a top and skirt. You can always send me the length you want it to be. Measure from your waist to where you want the skirt to go to. And from your collar bone to where you want to make the shirt end.

kathej @duchessofmetal Sweetie, it is done. The measurements I was worried about were the blouse length and maybe the skirt length, mostly the blouse length. As long as the skirt is long enough to cover the tops of my stockings where they attach to my garter belt, that is long enough. The 4X measurements for bust, waist, hips are fine.

kathej @duchessofmetal I think that the skirt length of 17" is fine, I have been buying size 2X in Torrid mini skirts, and I think that most of them are around that length. Does the skirt have elastic or is it a fixed size?

duchessofmetal @gaydarjedi hi yes you will if you order it now. No need to pay for expedited shipping it usually takes 1-3 days to receive it once it's been shipped. To anywhere in the USA except Texas for some unknown reason I can't get the post office to tell me why it takes longer for Texas residents to receive their packages than everyone else. It takes anywhere from 1-3 days longer.

duchessofmetal @gaydarjedi well it's best to match your measurement to the ones in the listing but a 2x sounds about right that is no problem I can make an elastic waist band I myself prefer them they are easier to match the sizes.
