plus size Ophelia Rose Shirred Top 100% Cotton pull on skirt Sz 1x

From Ophelia Rose, this skirt is 100% cotton in the prettiest Fall colors of camel, navy. denim,purple on a cream background. Wonderful 4 season skirt, great with leggings or tights and boots. the skirt top is 6.5" of lightly stretched shirring with a waistband measuring 16" across. The hips measure 24" across but it was worn by me when I wore 16-18 and my waist was 36", my hips were 49". the skirt was not a mini either. it measures 20" long. I loved how softly it laid over my hips and it never made them appear bigger. I loved it with boho tops and tees, and would choose it to pair with my gold metallic knit sweaters and a tee I have.
