leahrichard @abbymarie368 i’d say 4-6! it has a stretch to it and does have a tie at the waist. i believe the waist band is elastic.

leahrichard @abbymarie368 no biggie! i can’t speak for that really because i have a pretty small small chest however it doesn’t snap in the front or anything— i had it safety pinned closed.
