-this is soooo cute and i would keep it if it were my size :((( -i have a 27 in waist and i’m 5’8 and these fit pretty lose around my waist but fit great around my hips -tag says this is a size 4 but measurements are: - 16 inches across the waist - 19 inches top to bottom
