patterned navy crop top!!

this smiley face patterned crop top is from forever 21 and listed as a size M! however, I would say it’s on the smaller side of M. would fit both an M and an S well! worn previously and owned for a few years, however there are no structural impurities to be found and it’s in great condition!! would go amazing with any springtime/summer outfit.
