off white dress black polka dots XXL V neck tortoise shell buttons short sleeves

soft white (a bit off white) dress with black polka dots XXL - v neck sets off by the tortoiseshell buttons. The dress has ruffles on the sleeves and a larger one at the hem. Please see photos for measurements. The waist measurement is unstretched and it does have elastic for more give. I would call this a junior xxl.
