off the shoulder dress

blue/jean look off the shoulder dress with floral designs on the hang over ruffle. This has never been worn besides for the picture. It is a size 2 but can fit a 0-6 depending on how short you want it and how you want it to fit. I bought this dress for $40 and am asking for $22!
