Brand new with $375 tag, from Tory Burch. 100% silk jersey. Cowl neck, ruched shoulders with ties, and drawstring waist. Pull-on. Tagged as a L, I felt like it ran a little closer to M, although the waist makes it adjustable. Please compare the measurements below with a dress you have that fits well. Bust: 40" Waist: 36" at max, before drawstring Hip: 40" Length: 44" at max, but blousons a bit shorter when you tie the waist
