Can be worn as dress or two separate pieces. Can even have open back look! Oh the possibilities. Prairie underground uses only organic cotton and is made in the US. Bust 32" waist 25" but can be made bigger with elastic tie waist 36" as dress. Even the collar is detachable! This came from the store without a tag- but has never been worn
