helloposhme @tszyin hello. it's 18.5" flat, across at the underarms, getting wider as it goes down.. it's 19.5" flat, across at about 4" below the arm pit. I'm going to be out most of the day, I'll take my tablet with but it might be hard to answer any more questions regarding measurements until I'm home again.. oh, and from the neckline to hem it's 16".hope that helps.
