Strips of blue all around the waist. Longer in back. Very flowy. Lined to the thigh. Side Zipper. Bust has a bit of a folded pleat. white/silver Floral applique with silver sequins around the right side of the bust. Tack strip around the bust, but it's not very tacky. Has a more plastic-y feel.
