never worn didn’t fit right on me tags are still on the dress it’s a size small

This is a black & white pokeadot dress Unfortunately it didn’t fit right around the boob area since I’ve lost weight the dress doesn’t hold my sm boobs lol tags are still on the dress tho - size small
