navy velvet blazer (vintage??)

super cool find, very comfy and ~trendy~ but i just can’t find any confidence to wear it out no sizing listed on it but it seems to be a size L, by Briggs New York can provide more photos upon request and sorry for the blurry tag photo i’m very tired and caffeinated rn. idk if it’s vintage or not it looks cool tho
