This navy dress features white embroidery and a stretchy collar that can be worn off-shoulder or on. Length is mid thigh. I wore it with leggings. Cotton blend over lining (not see through). Not stretchy except for the shoulder area. Flattering sleeves cover upper arms. Comfortable! Great condition. No holes, tears, stains, etc. Smoke free home.
