Measurements taken while item is laid flat. Waist 14 1/4” Hip 17” Length 22” Skirt is marked a 6 there is no way this is a 6. It is most likely a 2. Pleased see the measurements. I am a 6 and cannot get this past my butt. There is no stretch. There is a stain on the front of there skirt and the eye portion of the hook and eye is missing
