Mom&me Smocked and Beaded Boutique Blue and white polka dot dress. Puff short sleeves with an elastic gathering and smocking on the ends. Very nice decorations of faux pearl beadings around the neck. It has two buttons on the back top. This dress says 18 months but is very long and measures 23" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem. It measures 12" from pit to pit. This brand runs generous long. Excellent condition!
