good preowned condition. one small chip on the edge of one shown in photos. please see all photos. moriage refers to the raised slip trailing technique used to create the 3d dragon design on the surface. black background for contrast. dragonware was popular export from japan starting in the early 20th century continuing through the mid century roughly from 1930s-1060s. no lithophane image at the base. Our items are sourced from thrift stores, flea markets, and auction in east central Ohio.
