Brand new ! I originally ordered this back in January for my birthday and it didn’t arrive on time, by the time it got here was like a month later and it didn’t fit me. Such a cute dress for different occasions whether it’s a birthday, dinner etc… the perfect deep red color it’s great material double lined and the cut out doesn’t give a cheap look.
