kwoohoo @angelalynn25 hi! its about 37" though the straps are adjustable. the skirt from waist down is 20". hope that helps :)

kwoohoo @ritaproctor hi! So the waist is about 25, the hips are about 34, roughly! Those are my measurements too and it fits me well :) the stain is on the front of the dress, about an inch from the bottom hem (right side, right above knee). it's very faint, could probably be washed out tho I haven't tried!
