@monparislv Hi! I’m the second owner and Thai item looks like never been used just open box and I never used it. So what you can do is register this item to the company and I think it’s has 10 years warranty and it doesn’t matter who owns it you’ll get the warranty and all you can do is call the company or register you machine. I hope that helps.
