@jaime2317 - when the size zippers are zipped up, it's longer and deeper (more rectangular shaped) and when they're unzipped, it becomes more of a square - wider but shallower. there is a designated pouch for a yoga mat (works better in the longer form) and pockets for keys, water bottles, etc.
