agallagher18 @kayla5111 medium is a US 6 and it’s 35” and the waist is cinched and can stretch but just sitting there it’s 14 inches across .. so 28” all the way around and that’s with it cinched

agallagher18 @masukie001 it’s actually a cinched stretchy fabric at the waist but I wear a medium in it and it fits true to size.. if I measured the waist it would seem really tiny but it stretches a great amount and stays fitted .. the rest is flowy
