Cute vintage long sleeve dress with double row of buttons (1 set functions) pockets in front are for decorative purposes only not usable and the back multiple bands to really add to the unique look. While taking pictures I noticed the fabric on the back collar a little shiny but not stained could be just the lighting and it appears as a possible pen dot (tiny) I took a photo of as well. Under the bottom functional button is a little discoloration as shown in the picture most likely from the button but hidden by the button and very light barely noticeable unless really looking under the opposite pocket 3 white (very light dots) I’ve included pictures for you to decide.
