I’m getting really tired of receiving items with holes in them that aren’t disclosed.
Received NWT jagger set with obvious hole in it and smelled so bad like smoke it took 2 washes for bralette to semi get it out. Got told I put it there and didn’t want to separate the set. When I offered to send both back, she said “absolutely not”. Refusing to send me photos that were supposedly taken prior to sending.

maybe you should try posting the original pic of "said hole" on this post...the one where there was no visible damage. I thoroughly inspected each garment, and they were absolutely without a hole when I sent them out. I told you I couldn't see anything in the pic you failed to post here, and after that you sent a new picwith a huge hole.

This happened to me with a. Bralette I sold. I felt terrible. Because the material, it’s very hard to see holes unless stretched out. I offered a $20 refund to repair the hole. I hope you can figure something out together! Seems like an honest overlook.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. I had once similar situation, one lady sold me a dress with a hole size of a pea but the hole was frayed on the edges and not an easy fix without a patch. I contacted her 5 min after mailman dropped the box at my doors. She accused me of making the hole!! She said she has pictures to prove there was no hole. The dress had a busy print and unless someone look at the fabric in front of light the hole would not be noticeable.

She was super rude to me. But I was lucky I could return because I didn’t accept the order. But she later list the dress for less money and didn’t mention any damages in it. She proved me she is dishonest. It’s not fair to pay loads of money for an item, and receive it broken. Spell items are often traded and sold again.

But once it’s damaged, and repaired it looses a lot of value. Elastic fabrics don’t show holes until stretched, also unfortunately elastic fabric is very hard to fix. So I would not take few bucks to fix it, I would want to return it. I hope you can get your money back.

@lilybee21 “people” I can tell you the only people I’ve ever received stuff with holes in them were in the last 2 weeks. 3 trades in a row. And I’m not calling them out cause they were classy in handling themselves. Their photos had holes before hand. Read my reviews. 20+ trades dealing with people with integrity. Thanks. Bye.

@lilybee21 check picture number 2 where there’s still a hole…you’re acting like I waiting days and wore this before informing you. I found it right out of the box and notified you immediately. Get over it, I just expected you to do the right thing. And if not “bs” you mean I don’t accept undisclosed flaws for $2-300 items with a MSRP of like $40, then sure. Let me know how it goes when you spend $225 on underwear and get something like that. It’s not great.

@chudzix thank you! That is not right to get a return and then relist without disclosing damages when charging spell resell prices. Thanks for knowing how bloomer fabric works 😂 cause apparently not everyone does. The only reason I posted this was since I couldn’t return with spell or leave a review, I didn’t want other buyers to run into the same issues. 💕

sorry that happened to you!! isn’t it such a DRAG!! i just received an item that was so gross & dirty. a bra. it was all, days of under boob grossness, deodorant on the near-pit underwires. she WON the claim because the description said “worn” or “used” or something like that..

what is with people sending poor quality items & then lying about it? it’s such bad form. i’ve cancelled items i’ve sold that, upon packaging, noticed imperfections.. or, let the buyer make the choice. i’ve never hustled a buyer. i don’t need any bad karma.

Just don’t buy on poshmark at all I’m having issues w random orders and lying buyers I’m moving away from poshmark. My closet has a few rarities and trades but personally I buy elsewhere or new from reputable websites. Also beware of buying from spell.com I’ve had it with them. I have had at least three items never arrive spell themselves as a company has bad karma and cust service in USA looking for USA brands frankly , also is seller CCCP OMG

So buy directly from spell and often they never ship your order, you have to buy from free people or revolve this SPELL IN USA IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNACCOUTABLE REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR GOD AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSING TO DELIVER GOODS honestly I’m trying to fall back in love w free people I cannt deal with spell drama. Even from LA headquarters. It’s absurd. I buy on revolve and free people only now

Doxing, gaslighlighting doesn’t solve problems people, filing case w posh support does. Try using the posh support when this happens and if for any reason they don’t refund you ( they will) YOU CAN APPEAL, BUT POSTING THIS IS GASLIGHTING AND DOXING

@bohemianyogini oof I disclose flaws when I notice and add video and drop prices super low. I sold a spell bralette for 15$ cause the lace was fraying... xD hole def wouldn't be selling anything over 100$ ever its just a big off. buy I do genuinely think seller can over look something sometimes. I've only recieved 2 damaged items from posh sellers and both were kind enough when taking the items back.

usps once poked a hole in a paradiso strappy I sold in flawless condition they refunded the buyer 100$ and I threw in an extra 40$ refund as I felt I could be packed it better. my early days
I do thing video recording is helpful for damage claims but that buyer also had the original box where you could SEEE usps damaged the box badly

@kira579318 i'm guessing it was paid for outside posh, so not possible to get a refund from posh have to rely on sellers honesty as well as putting faith in buyers genuineness ans it seems like they aren't on the same page there xD

alot of times people cross post form here to m3cari, 3bay, and bedt case ppal for 3-10% fees vs 20%
if it wasn't for fees here almost all my spell would be listed under 200$ lol
