light blue prom dress

size 6. worn once for a cinderella themed banquet. i cut off two layers of ruffle in order for it to not drag. it has a slip all the way up it but i safety pinned it all the way up so i could wear it. i also cut the lining as you can tell in pic #5 but not even noticeable while wearing. pic #4 shows that it is a shimmery material. excellent condition otherwise. i can’t find any other flaws.
