Interior has a zippered pocket, elastic pocket to hold diaper changing pad (included), and 2 slot pockets. Bag also has straps to hang bag from a stroller. Interior of bag is clean. Exterior could use a wipe down and has some small noticeable stains on bottom. Bag is great as your little ones are getting bigger and you don't have as much stuff to carry. Looks more like a purse when you are carrying it. Bag is in very good used condition. No dust bag.
