it comes with the charger but I think it needs a new charger. I can get the jawbone to light up with orange icon but nothing after that. I can't keep it connected to my phone after I disconnect from charger. just want some of my money back to get a Fitbit.

How sure are you that it's the charger and not the battery? It sounds like the charger may be functioning fine and the battery simply doesn't work anymore, which would be much harder to replace....

If your band is less then a year old. You can contact jawbone from the app. They will send you a new replacement after they do some trouble shooting with you
