New without tags- the most gorgeous summer pants. You can dress them up, dress them down. Elastic waist band but no other stretch besides that. Two front pockets. Back faux pockets High rise. Easy through hip and thigh, with a cropped straight leg. Front rise: 10 7/8"; 26 1/2" inseam; 14 3/4" leg opening (based on a size 6). There was a small red thread on the pants so I had to remove tags and hand wash. It is very faint now.
