genuine apple case! i upgraded my phone and no longer need this. has a tiny chip on one of the corners, otherwise looking new! I put a little sticker on it that I haven't tried removing but should be pretty easy (just removed the same one from a water bottle without issues). Actual color is more peach than orange.
