Our relaxed modernized take on a 1940’s movie star moment puts glam on chill. As its name suggests, rouching at either side of the neckline form a portrait décolleté that is echoed by a splay of chiffon folds created at the bust and shoulder. Features a perforated side panel and cotton twill tape front placket with concealed buttons. The dropped waistband has elasticized smocking at the side for added texture and comfort. Although this blouse works seamlessly with anything from distressed jeans to a beaded evening skirt, it does dress-up whatever it’s paired with, only in a relaxed kind of way.
