found a pair I don't have to hem, so selling these. fabric has some stretch: when measuring with a measuring tape laid flat, inseam is 32", when measuring with a fabric tape pulled taut from crotch seam to hem, inseam is 32.5".

@pnwchrista they measure 32.5 inseam, and yes, washed and dried to get any shrinking out before the desired hemming.
