This is the PERFECT icy Elsa light blue I love plum tutu. It has snaps for easy bathroom access. My daughter wore this at Disney to honor Elsa at Epcot. Everyone loved it! Especially princess aurora! It would even be perfect for Cinderella too. She also wore it a ton at dance class as well and all the ballet moms would always compliment it.
