There is no model# A136. There are 4 numbers after the A on all models. Gen 4 is A1367, and the only 8GB model made after Gen 1 & 2. So it must be a Gen 4. Also the last Gen to use a 30 pin connector. Released in Sept 2010 and discontinued in Oct 2012. Original battery would be between12-14 years old. Does it come with the 30-pin connector/charger (not pictured)?

@misterwaterface you are correct! It is A1367. It does not come with a charger. But they are available on Amazon and Walmart.
