dawnnesbitt Good morning ladies! It's Dawn and I got scammed! So, someone on GA named Kim Rogers (DBA: madvision) offered to trade me my iPhone for an IPad. I agreed after asking her questions and getting her email, address, phone etc, well I mailed the iPhone, but never received the iPad. She swears up and down that she sent it, but can't find the receipt. Any advice? I have made the usual threats and pleas, but she is now not answering me! Thank you for your time. mojave File a police report with her police dept.!! You have her name, address, phone # , etc.!! Send her a certified letter and tell her she has 24 hours to send your iPhone back!! Or you will take her to small claims court!! Make her life hell!! Harass the scammer so she won't ever do it again!! Write notes on her posh page under every listing about her being a scammer!! Keep on calling her until she picks up, leave messages that you won't stop until you get your phone back!!

manymurrays Sorry. You just can't trade or do pp. the rules are there to protect you bc there is no recourse outside of posh. Again, so sorry but I don't think there's much you can do :(

shannonjbratton i got scammed by someone doing a trade on here, and she deleted her closet now :( there's not really anything you can do. it sucks. i'm sorry it happened :(

I had the same thing happen to me with whom I thought was my own Friend and is back on here AGAIN. 😔It's sad and just painful and the girls are right, it is terrible that this happened to you, but never trade again ms sweet Dawn... Make a police report on her and then let posh know and if she hasn't blocked you leave her a message that you have reported her to not only Posh, but the local police department as well and DEMAND your item back. The advice to file a police report & take this individual to small claims court is only feasible and cost-effective if you live near the scammer. There are laws that protect this kind of theft through the US Postal Inspection Service, as this individual committed mail fraud, which is a 🌟federal crime🌟. Dawn, please go online and file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector, and also seek the advice of your local police department as to what your best course of action is. I wish you the best of outcomes with this case. 😔💕

pursenut Did you see the page I shared with you? I don't know if you want to pursue legally but it wouldn't hurt to try!! These scammers need to be stopped!!! It's scary trading when you trust them to be honest and find out you got ripped off!! But the page I shared? She was a success tracking down her scammer!
