Excellent condition iPad 3. 16gb. Comes with a Speck case which can stand up and was purchased for $40 alone. Also comes with a sleeve. Sleeve does have a tiny rip on the outside but it doesn't affect the protectiveness, just a minor cosmetics flaw. A charger is also included.
